Made for little ones

Privacy Policy

Plain, friendly words about how we keep kids safe.

Last updated · June 2026

Frutti Games makes play-worlds for kids, so privacy isn't an afterthought — it's the whole point. This page explains, in simple terms, what we do and don't do with information.

The short version: no third-party ads, no selling data, and we collect as little as possible. Ava World is a single-player game built to be a calm, safe space.

What we collect

We keep data collection to the bare minimum needed to run the game and reply when you contact us:

  • Waitlist email — only if you choose to sign up, so we can tell you when Ava World launches. Nothing else.
  • Basic, anonymous app stats — like crashes or which features are used, so we can fix bugs and improve play. This isn't tied to a name.
  • Support messages — if a parent emails us, we keep that message to help solve the issue.

What we never do

  • We never show third-party advertising inside the game.
  • We never sell or rent children's data — to anyone, ever.
  • We don't add open chat with strangers or social feeds.
  • We don't ask kids for personal details like real name, address or phone number.

Safety & standards

Ava World is designed as a single-player experience and built with children's privacy rules in mind, including COPPA (US) and GDPR-K (EU). Purchases, if any, live behind your device's normal parental controls.

Parents are in control

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete any information connected to your family at any time. Just reach out and we'll take care of it quickly.

Changes to this policy

If we ever update how things work, we'll refresh this page and change the date at the top. Big changes will be shared clearly — no fine-print surprises.
